I have had the pleasure to travel all over the Caribbean, Mexico, and Bahamas, as well as the eastern half of the US. I have flown, driven, taken the train, and cruised. Meet some of the most interesting people in the world and I am still in touch with some of these people.

One of my recent favorite cruises I have taken was on the Carnival Valor out of New Orleans. It was a quick 5-day cruise just to get away. One of the interesting parts of this trip is we had to leave earlier than we normally would because of the tides, and thus we had almost 2 hours of daylight cruising on the Mississippi River. This is something that almost never happens as usually they tend to leave later in the evening. If you have never cruised out of New Orleans, and down the river it is a sight to see. It takes almost 10 hours to transit down river. You pass ships and tugs and barges going up and down the river. You see the wildlife and the small towns as you transit down. On the return trip I watched the sunrise in the East, over the West bank of the Mississippi River from the East bank of the river. Ask me about that some time. It is a great story.re well-versed in the fun and rigors of traveling. Our travel agency came together to help other people plan and book their dream vacations. - The cruise industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the vacation spectrum, expecting to grow over 10% per year. The ships are getting bigger and doing multiple types of cruises. Along with these newer and larger ships comes different types of cabins, from the standard intrior room to balcony rooms to suites. As your personal travel advisor, I can help wade through all these cabins and deck plans and give you the best package with the right cabin for the right client. I do this by visiting ships when in port and by cruising on the ships and getting a peronal look inside some of the cabins.
